Do you ship outside the United States?
  • We do NOT ship outside of the United States at this time.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

  • Our inventory changes quickly as we are continuously bringing in popular and new styles, so there is a possibility that the item will not be restocked.  Please send us an email to thedazzledepot@gmail.com to ask if an item will be restocked.

What if I want to cancel my order?

  • You may cancel your order prior to shipment by contacting us via email.  If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled and we will ask you to please refer to our return policy.

When will I receive my order?

  • Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order in addition to shipping time. Once the order has left our warehouse, the shipment should arrive to you within 4-7 business days.  Please note that bad weather might have an impact on the shipping time.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the USPS to file a claim. The Dazzle Depot, LLC cannot replace or refund orders that were stolen or misdelivered by the USPS.  We appreciate your understanding.

What if my package is returned to The Dazzle Depot?

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that their shipping information is correct and complete prior to submitting the order.  If your package is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are NOT refundable.

What if I have questions regarding a product?

  • If you have any questions regarding the size, color, material, or weight of a product, please email us BEFORE you finalize your purchase.
Are your products for children?

  • WARNING: Our products contain small parts which could cause choking. Our products are not intended for children under 5 years old. Use of the products by children over 5 years old should only be done with adult supervision. Our products are NOT toys.

Are your products edible?

  • WARNING: Our products are for decorative use only and are NOT edible. None of our products are intended to be ingested. They are NOT food. Please always monitor children when using these products for crafts or jewelry making. Small items may come loose from final product and pose a choking hazard. Do NOT use our products as decoration on or near actual edible products such as cakes or cupcakes.
